How long does the placement process take?

We recommend that you allow 3 to 4 weeks to complete the search and selection process. Our customized system with streamlined matching makes it a stress free experience. We have back up child care available in the meantime, if needed.

Is there a cost for candidates to apply?

We recognize and respect that our candidates are the heart of our organization. There is never a cost or fee for candidates to work with us. We know how much hard work and dedication it takes to work with children. We will be your biggest advocate and strive to match you with an awesome opportunity.

What is your screening process?

Our superior screening process is in-depth and is conducted in-person. Our vigorous vetting and verification exceeds the industry standard of care. We stress safety first and foremost and make your peace of mind a priority.
