We are committed to making the right child care match for an appropriate amount, without a potential conflict of interest in rate negotiation.
We provide the same highly specialized standard of recruiting, screening and onboarding with every placement, no matter what the rate of pay is offered.
If you offer a higher salary to your nanny, this flat-fee, fixed-price model will save you a considerable amount versus a percentage-based fee of 10%-20% of the nanny’s first year income.
